Fuse refers to an electrical appliance that fuses the melt with the heat generated by itself and disconnects the circuit when the current exceeds the specified value. The AFPV 1000V cylindrical fuse holders are specifically designed or the protection of photovoltaic system with extreme ambient temperature conditions. The rated voltage of this fuse holder is up to 1000V, the rated current is up to 50A, and the rated breaking capacity is up to 20KA.

This fuse holders are finger-safe designed to meet with IEC and UL standards to the IP20 grade of protection. The fuse holders are made of tough and durable thermoplastic material. AFPV cylindrical fuse holders are available with and without visual indicator and available in 1-, 2- and 3-pole. They are especially recommended to be used in combination with AFPV1038 and AFPV1451 PV fuse links.
